We all have that one thing that we do that doesn’t seem weird or annoying to us but trust me. Everyone else is very annoyed with whatever it is that you’re doing.
I can guarantee every person has a bad habit, whether it be a bad habit like biting your nails or something worse like smoking, and if you say you don’t. Then you're either lying to yourself or your one of these people that I commend, because you trying to break your bad habits.
I have many bad habits such as, biting my nails, always going on my phone, eating junk food and fast food, chewing gum, humming to myself, and shopping a lot! There a plenty others that I myself don’t do but many people do. Like smoking, drinking alcohol, doing drugs, having a coffee addiction, working to hard (workaholic), etc.
The first step is admitting you have a problem. Next you find ways to fix this problem . Using any of these great tips should help, and if your habit needs more help to get broken. Then you should talk to your doctor, go to a rehab center, go to group (community center) etc.
No one’s perfect, so don’t be embarrassed that you have a bad habit, you can be one of the few people that break their habits. You can do it
