Nobodies perfect and no one can ever be perfect. Sometimes you want to be someone else but really all you want is to be a better you. And I think that's what we should all strive for because, then you will be happy with yourself and who you are.
I believe being a better you consists of many steps but the main ones for me would be making myself happy and healthy. I think to be happy and healthy you have to take care of yourself, so exercising and eating healthy. Those are things that make me feel really good about myself, and if you don't believe me right now that you need to eat healthy and exercise to be happy, then by the end of this blog you will and I can promise you that.
Exercising is a major factor in being happy with yourself, their are some great benefits to exercising other than just a part in making you better. First of all I think a lot of people will agree with me when I say, being fit and looking good boosts you self esteem. But there's more, exercising isn't just to help you look better but to help with your well being as well. I know i'm not the only one when I say that working out is a great stress reliever. Yes exercising is hard but one day it might be worth it because, it could save your life. Yes i'm saying that if you exercise regularly and stay healthy you will live longer. Isn't that enough to start? Well if it's not then I will not quit until it is.
Another major part in being happy with yourself I believe is eating healthy. I'm not saying go and get a surgery to make you full faster, or do something horrible to your body to lose weight or anything. I'm just saying that cutting down on junk food such as chips, pop, candy etc. And eating better foods such as fruit, veggies, salads etc. wouldn't hurt. It doesn't matter if your above average weight or below average weight, everyone can eat healthier. I personally believe that by eating healthy you will feel better overtime about yourself and your body itself will be better. And you will look better because, you will lose weight and if you eat the right foods your face will be blemish free!
I know by doing these things, your life will be better and longer! And really you will be a better you and happier you.
